I love Steel and Lacuqer and specifically my stylist, Cruz! The ambiance of the salon always makes me excited to get something new done and Cruz always knows just what I’m wanting. She’s always fun to catch up with, she’s constantly checking in to make sure I’m getting what I want done, and she’s always recommending me new products to help with my hair. I will never leave her!! My girlfriend just received a haircut and the stylist did not listen to a single request from how she wanted her hair cut. She explicitly stated to not cut her bangs, but the stylist did so anyway. She even showed her pictures of what she wanted, and again the stylist did not listen to my girlfriend's wants. Her hair is too short and not what she wanted. Overall, she is disappointed and extremely hurt by the stylist. She was also expected and paid for the haircut, which is absolutely absurd. Why is it right to pay for a service when the stylist did not listen to a single request? Please be extremely mindful and considerate when going here. Less
