I have slipped disc on my C 5, 6, 7,8 & have been suffering from stiff neck & upper shoulder pain for several years. After 20 adjustments, my pain has been reduced & not so much stiffness. Recently I also developed osteoarthritis on both my knees & the chiropractic adjustment has also improved my mobility. Dr Palmer is a highly recommended Chiropractor.
