One/Gym is one of the best gyms I have ever worked out at. The programming is different than anything I have come across, and the coaches are super knowledgeable about proper body movement. Dropped in with my wife for a super fun team Wod, the location is nice and warm which is important since it was cold as heck outside. The facility is large and spacious and has all the equipment necessary for a great CF experience. The members were nice and friendly and the coaches and owner were super nice . If yo live in the buffalo area you should check them out.

I'm not a member since I live more than an hour away. Nevertheless, I did participate in their annual event "Queen City Throwdown". Their hospitality was second to none and the community was just awesome. They love what they do and it showed throughout the day. From the minute I walked into the box members welcomed me and offered to show me around. The coaches have never once been too busy to answer a question or help with corrections...... I ask A LOT of questions. The programming is fun and challenging. Great facility, I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

UPDATE Since gyms have reopened after the Coronavirus One Gym has provided a clean and safe place to workout. The workouts have all been really great - I think the toughest part about dropping in is that the workouts some times are short and not really worth the drop in money, but every time I've come here the workouts have been challenging and longer (15-30min). I think this is more of a high volume gym with their programming, but that could just be a coincidence in the times I've dropped in and their cycle of programming. Lastly, the price for drop ins cannot be beat. $20 for 1x, $30 for 2x, $40 for 3x and $50 for a whole week. Yes, this place is a little hard to find and you'll probably have to leave a little earlier, but it's definitely the best box/drop-in experience in Buffalo! Less

Great time dropping in while visiting my in-laws for Christmas! Big, open gym, plenty of top-rate equipment. Friendly folks, tough workouts. What more could you ask for? The place is a little hard to find, kinda in the back corner of this light office/industrial park area. Give yourself a few extra minutes to find it, first time you visit!

I have just recently begun my CrossFit journey and am loving it thus far. It has been a complete change for my mind, body, and soul. The coaches and the members are welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. I’m challenged and changed each time I walk in the Box.

I’m new to CrossFit and chose the Queen City Throwdown as my first comp. Couldn’t have had a better experience! The CF community there was outstanding the event ran smooth judges and employees were very nice, knowledgeable and did and excellent job and it was very competitive! Learned a lot and and glad to have been apart of it will definitely drop in for work outs when I’m town.

I dropped in for two 0530 classes this week, and had a great time (minus the fact that I'm not usually awake at that time)! Everyone was very welcoming. The workouts and coaches are great! If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely be back!

Been back for a couple weeks after taking 10 months off and getting out of shape. CFA couldn't have been more welcoming to have me back, nothing but positive vibes. So glad to be back at CFA, great people and great work outs!
