Took my overly sensitive and scared doggy here because I saw how well they work with dogs through the see through glass. My dog really doesn’t like going to groomers. They were super understanding and made sure he got to know them first, to make him feel comfortable. He came out so happy with the groomer, that he just didn’t want to leave in the end. He kept running back to play with the groomers, and didn’t even care that I came to pick him up. You can tell they really love dogs here and go the extra mile to make them feel happy. They also have high quality low ingredient snacks that he got to try. It was definitely a better experience than the average grooming places, if you want what’s best for the dog.

So about every 4–6 months we take our dog, Lucas “Big Lou (aka Lewis)” to the vet, who has to put him under sedation to cut his hair (he’s a rescue who’s violent - to put it mildly - around scissors). ✂️ The last time I took him, the vet said, “Bob, in all seriousness… I’ve never seen anything like it. I gave him a dose that would take down a horse and he actually came out of it and bit the technician.”So you can imagine when our 16-year old son told us that his buddy has an Uncle Tony who could groom Big Lou, we were like, “NO WAY!” So, at a vet cost per cut that rivals an upscale woman’s salon, Sonia and I said, what do we have to lose? And we took Lucas to PETicures at Bell Works in Holmdel.Our boys stopped their pickup basketball game for a group prayer; My wife and I dropped off Lewis and were so concerned for the groomer, Lisa, that she politely asked us to stop and trust her; and our older son was texting from college (concerned for the groomer) to keep him posted.My wife and I dropped off Lucas, said a prayer (literally), grabbed a bite to eat, and nervously paced and paced and paced (Bell Works has a nice indoor walkway). Don’t you know 10 minutes turned into 20, which turned into 30. We peeked in and Lucas actually looked happy!!! Sure enough, we got the call that he was ready!We picked up our little man and he was not only chipper but dapper! 😎 A shout-out to Lisa the groomer. I’ve been bringing my Cavapoo puppy here for the last three months, and the groomers consistently do an incredible job. They really understand the specific coat needs of doodle breeds and always maintain that adorable “doodle” look for my puppy while keeping him well-groomed every visit. He loves coming here!

Tony is amazing! My mother had my puppies but no car and he came and picked them all up took them to get cut and then drove them all home! On top of that amazing customer service, he was kind and the puppies hair cuts were perfect! 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Amazing place that really took the time to make my dog feel comfortable and secure. They clearly articulated products and services and offered solutions to help my dog look great and, more importantly, feel great. They were friendly, kind, prompt and courteous! Price was fair given level and quality to f the service provided. Highly recommend!

Katie 🐶 was awesome. I think you should all go ahead and try peticures !! I have a small dog , he is a Havanese breed and she did wonderful. I gave her a reference picture and she nailed it , above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend this place

Just took my Furbaby Vera for the first time to get professionally groomed and decided to go to PETicures. Katie greeted us and was Vera’s groomer. She assured me she was in great hands and I would not be disappointed. I also felt comfortable with Katie and she has such a great personality. All I can say when I went to pick Vera up I had a brand new baby. She did a fabulous job. You have a customer for life! 🐾🐾🐕‍🦺💖🥰
