Robb (and his partner/wife Penny) were so wonderful to work with to sell my father-in-law’s home while I was states away. They handled everything from finding an investor for a quick sale to setting up repairs that were needed on the house. Every time I had any questions I received a quick reply and so I never felt like being in another state was a problem. They arranged their schedule to accommodate ours when we came for a quick visit to handle some financial business, helped us set up an estate sale, and even stopped in to bring my father-in-law some of his belongings at his Assisted Living facility once we were no longer in town. Robb was always quick to answer any texts I sent or answer the phone quickly and was on top of everything that needed to be done.There is another posting where I made a very bad mistake.
