I went there two times, in pain. The $40 they advertised does NOT include an adjustment. They took my insurance information and still charged me their "cash" price of $40. I should have only been charged the copay. She told me I had to come back for my 2nd appointment to get adjusted after she goes over the xrays (in my experience, xrays were available right away). 4 days later, I went back for my 2nd appointment, still in serious pain just to be pitched a program rather than take care of my immediate issue. Maybe a sales training class or an etiquette class would be helpful. It was extremely uncomfortable being there and unfortunately they see people as dollar signs even when in pain. Oh! Also, she did inform me that my back and neck were locked up. And yet, STILL told me to come back 4 days later. I did and still no adjustment, just a time consuming sales pitch that I interrupted due to my pain and asked if she is going to adjust me or continue with the sales pitch. She leaned towards me and shook her head and said yes, I am pitching a program to you. I left! I needed an adjustment. I didn't need to sit there for hours on 2 different days. I would NOT recommend this place!I just read other reviews, and yes, same thing happened to them. I forgot to mention that she also made me watch the video even after I told her that I am a regular at the chiropractor. More wasted time.
