He even knows how to make working out with minimal-amount of equipment still show maximum gains. I’ve had the privilege of knowing Julian Burd for well over a decade. Over that time Julian has been both a coach and great friend to me. Having provided me with guidance in functional movement exercises and weight training, Julian was able to help me achieve a productive and rewarding foundation for my fitness goals that was unique to my wants and needs. He has always been a great listener in that way, able to effectively articulate information, has always been extremely dedicated to expanding his own knowledge, and above all has always been committed to his word. I would recommend anyone seeking a Physical Therapist or fitness coach to connect with Dr. Julian Burd. You will be in good hands. Less

I’ve been working with Julian for about 4 years now and have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and progress during that time. It’s extremely efficient to be able to talk with your coach over a game plan while also being able to use his PT background to manage and fix pain/discomfort as it arises. Julian really knows his stuff ! His knowledge of anatomy and fitness and how to intertwine them to help you reach your fitness goals is impressive ! His attention to detail and form really makes a difference in getting the most from the exercises. He also has the perfect demeanor for the job - you can tell he is very passionate about his work and helping his clients succeed. Less

Julian has been coaching me over the course of the last six months. Over these six months, I have been able to completely re-take my fitness goals by storm. Covid really threw everyone for a loop, and my weight got seriously out of control and I got less in touch with my gym regiment. But once I took Julian on for my mentor, I was completely blown away. He was able to tailor an exact program to not only my body type, but exercises I enjoyed. I have seen more progress with him in these last six months than I had seen over the course of two years beforehand. If you're looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable in what they do, but someone who thoroughly enjoys the practice and helping people attain their goals, he is your guy. I'd give 10 stars if Google allowed me to! Less
