Sam Harrold is the most professional, competent, skilled, and hardworking attorney I have ever met - and I've known several. He's also the most ethical, reasonable, and down-to-earth attorney I've ever known by a mile as well. He's easy to talk to and work with while having good common sense and even a good sense of humor. Be patient in the beginning because he has a LOT of cases (you don't want the hungry lawyer with lots of availability anyway) - but, a little before the case and during, he jumps on it hard and very, very well. Used a lawyer from this practice group. Quite possibly the worst decision of my life.This individual (Meltzer) saw it fit to lie and steal from my family from over six years. Yes, that is correct. Apparently courts where closed and/or backed up due to covid after which he told, inside the court while waiting for the judge, that i had no case. Bear in mind this was never a problem with their $1k yearly walkthroughs and various inspections until he sold out before court. Even told me a story of how he just got $10k worth of home work. No doubt from my case.Do you family a favor and run. Run anywhere else
