I called to get a quote—he said he would be right over—waited all day….this guy is the most impatient, unprofessional and discourteous person I have ever encountered. I would NEVER use him for any work…period. If you need gutter work done you are better off with anyone else. After his tirade directed at me and flying explicative(s) I would say he has serious anger issues. He completely lost his mind after I told him I did not want roof hangers or anything attached to the roof. That was it. NEVER AGAIN.

I called Gutter Doctor Plus for a cleaning of hard-to-reach roof gutters. They were prompt, professional and thorough. (Years ago they replaced gutters at my previous home, a more involved job. I recall that service as excellent, with money-saving advice and high quality work.)

I had some gutters completely unattached from the fascia of my roof. I initially wanted to go with a roofer whom I worked with before, but after being quoted a rate higher than I thought was possible, I gave Jim a call. He asked me to send him some photos and he would give me a quote. On the same day, i not only got a quote, but he completed the job for a very competitive price. I know that if I ever need gutter/roof services, Jim is the guy I will call first.

Zero stars. Jim did not complete the installation, it has been 2 months now and he will say he is coming and never show. I run a business from home and the drain he has yet to trim is a safety hazard for the children. I will not recommend this company to anyone else. I am currently looking for anothecompany to complete what he was paid to do.

I have used the Gutter Doctor twice. The first time he cleaned my gutters and installed gutter guards on my home, and installed a rain gutter and gutter guards on the back of my garage. The second time, he installed an extension on one of my gutters after I had uninstalled a rain barrel. He showed up the same day I called him and completed the work quickly. He (Jim) is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company!
