I had my first appointment with Dr Luisa, and couldn’t be more pleased. We had a great conversation, and developed a plan for my care. She is super easy to talk to, and has a great bedside manner. I have no doubt I will be feeling my best in no time. Highly recommend!!

I saw Heidi and have never felt so heard and understood by a medical practitioner. I was late diagnosed ADHD and I immediately felt like she knew where I was coming from and made me feel very at ease about starting medications. I'm so excited to continue treatment with her and get back to my normal self!

Dr. Collin’s has provided excellent care for my 12 year old son who as a provider myself, I would consider somewhat difficult to diagnose. I highly recommend her as well as Jolyn Allen and Kim Gardner to anyone who has had difficulty with accepting psychiatry. They make the whole experience less stigmatizing and more comfortable.

I followed Dr. Luisa collins from heer former practice when she moved to Prime. And I will continue to follow her because she has given me relief from over 50 years of depression and despair. Never in my life have I felt like life was worth living. Her knowledge of the most recent medications have made a tremendous difference in my mental health. She is a caring, vivacious person. She listens, never lectures. She isdeeply empathetic and seems to read my unspoken emotions, making her Intuitively perceptive. I cannot remember who referred her to me. but I will be forever grateful!

This psychiatric clinic has been a life saver for me! My physician, Heidi, is unbelievably patient, helpful, and supportive. Perfect fit. They have telephychiatry available for patients such as myself who don’t live close to the office and obviously in person, too. The office staff is also very patient and prompt to respond to requests.

Heidi De Diego is such a kind person that takes her time to truly listen to my concerns, insecurities and personal goals of mine. Not only has she enriched my life for the better. She is such an incredible source of comfort for me and trust her completely. During my last appt with her, she reminded me of how proud she was of me. Heidi, you’re a constantly enriching my life for the better through lifting me up and reminds me that I am worth happiness, respect and to always stand up for myself (even on the really tough days).
