Review for Energy Shield Excellent The original purchase was 5 years ago, the price was great, the installation was timely, and the installers were very knowledgeable and friendly. At that time we were given a guarantee that if a window gets broken the first window is free. Well it happened, on Monday morning, May 4th, 6:30 a.m. a rock shot out of a mower and hit of course the most expensive window which was the triple slider. I called Energy Shield when they opened at 8:00, and by 9:00 a.m. (within an hour) I had the date my window would be in, the date of the installation scheduled, the time, and the person that would be coming to my home. This morning, I received a text that the installer (Eric) was en route. He arrived on time and was very friendly. The Installation was perfect and now I have a brand new slider 5 years later. This company has been great to work with from the original installation to now 5 years later. Their customer service is impeccable. We recommend them to everyone that mentions they need windows. There have been four homes in our development now that have used them and all have been very happy.

So far my experience with Energy Shied Window & Door Company has been a positive one. We have only been through sales and measure, both Jeff and Juan were professional and knowledgeable. Jeff was genuinely helpful regarding some questions I had about a potential door replacement. He listened to our needs and provided exactly what we were looking for. I will update this review once my windows have been installed.My windows have been installed and Energy Shield did not disappoint with continued professionalism! The install took 3 days, all 3 days we were informed via text who would be coming, what time starting time was and crew size. They were efficient and cleaned up the job site when they completed each day. One of the windows came in broken which has been replaced. We are very happy with this company as well as our new windows.

The Energy Shield installation crew did a great job. The install process was smooth and the quality of the install is evident. We are very happy with our windows. We are expecting that the windows will help a lot during the hot months but I am surprised that our house is more comfortable even now (February). The furnace rarely comes on. Highly recommend Energy Shield.

Wow.. Two months in and house still feels new and amazing with these amazing windows and patio door..! Super clean and high quality.. Bonus that they are not third party installers.. From the time we decided to install it was crazy fast and smooth from the time we confirmed our windows to the day that they installed.. The install went very smooth and with the little issues we found were dealt with super fast..Yup we are defiantly grateful and happy for choosing Energy Shied Windows and Doors..!!
