I would strongly recommend using immigration hotspot to anyone who finds themselves in the position of needing immigration help. I had a complex case, and was extremely distressed when I was told to seek legal advice by home affairs. My visa had ran out, and I had wrongly applied for a bridging visa E and was illegal in the country. I was told by a different migration agent I would have to leave Australia. I tried several other migration agents listed on the Aus government website before seeing their details and calling, and Aakarsh from immigration hotspot was the first person I had spoken to that day who treated me with compassion and reassured me that we did still have options to sort out my case.
