We spent a week in Rapid City and the Kados CF community was very welcoming and the wods were on point! We’ll definitely drop in again when we are back in the area……you should too!!!

We have absolutely loved the experience at Kados! Our kiddo has so much fun and has learned a ton at their kids crossfit class- we could not be more pleased. Best owners/coaches you'll find!

Such an inclusive and fun place. My wife and I were able to drop in while traveling and it was a breeze getting set up. Everyone there was helpful and welcoming. The coaches were very accommodating and responsive when we reached out, even with it being over a holiday. Definitely our go to CrossFit place in Rapid now for sure!

Definitely check out Kados if you are in the Rapid City area! The coaches are friendly, the community is welcoming and the box itself is spacious and well maintained.
