Dr. Chin is very thorough and professional. One star off because prescription is valid for 1 year. If for any reasons a replacement glass is needed after 1 year, long enough for prescription to expire but too short for the next round of insurance to kick in which is usually after 2 years, you will need to pay for another exam even if the prescription stays the same.

Dr. Heather Chin is the absolute best! So personable, knowledgeable, and caring - would hands down recommend Dr. Chin to anyone looking for an optometrist.

Had an emergency as my eye was bothering me. I called the clinic and the receptionist (sorry I didn't get her name) was able to squeeze me in for a quick appointment even though they were all booked up until next week. I had my appointment with Dr. Chin and she was great, helped find the source of the problem.

Had an eye exam with Dr. Chin last week and the experience was great. I’ve been having dry eyes for a while, but this winter in particular they have become so easily irritated by wind and cold weather. No previous eye doctors have asked me to pay extra attention to it. Glad that Dr. Chin pointed it out for me, so that I can take actions before it gets even worse.

So I went back to the glasses store and they helped me do a second eye exam and they said I have astigmatism and that's the reason why the lenses seemed blurry. The initial lenses was exactly how much my benefits would cover. With the new lenses, I pretty much have to pay for brand new lenses out of pocket because of an incompetent optometrist. I had my very first eye exam here, and I found this place by coincidence, the staff was incredibly amazing and they guide me through the whole process. They are there to help customers! I never felt forced to buy something, and the doctor explained everything perfectly. I recommend this place 100%

She was able to identify that some eye dryness I was having was due to partially blocked ducts, and suggested compresses to help eleviate the symptoms. i took my mother here to have her eyes checked and we had a great experience! My mother was really nervous about getting her eyes examined since she has health problems and had put it off for so long. Dr Anita Gan was friendly and warm, and took her time to answer all our questions. We really appreciated her professionalism and knowledge. I will be coming back here to get my eyes examined!
