Zee was very pleasant and efficient. She turn my call the next day and was able to setup an onsite appointment that week. My blinds arrived a week early and Zer texted me and setup appointment for install. Great company to work with. I am very happy with all our new window coverings. It was a pleasure to work with Zee at the Custom Shade Company. Zee was so wonderful to help guide through the hard decisions for choosing the right window coverings. She has an extremely experienced installer who had to try and get shutters to look right in very out of square windows. Zee was here during the entire install making sure everything was right.

It was great working with Zee on a couple of window coverings for my new home. I honestly wasn't sure what my options would be for a large sliding glass door. She gave me some wonderful ideas and was so helpful. She even checked in a couple of weeks after installation to make sure everything was going well with the new coverings.
