Jesse Brown was my personal vocal coach when I was around 10 years old, and I had the pleasure of doing lessons with him for a couple of years. He was a wonderful teacher and mentor, and an absolute blessing to our family. I know I certainly didn’t make it easy for him, being a young child prone to crying fits, but he was always so incredibly patient with me and taught me how to be patient with myself. Payton is a wonderful guitar teacher. He is patient with students and always tailors his lessons to their skill level. My daughter learned new chords and songs quickly and was able to play for family members within just a few weeks. I was self-taught and Payton helped me grow as a player through more complex exercises & songs and even taught me music theory to learn more about song construction. Payton is great with the kids. He is very patient and most importantly wants music to be enjoyable, which it should be. He is experienced at all levels of a play and types. Acoustic, electric, classical, rock n roll and blues. I have begun taking on lessons also and enjoy going.
