He became elusive and difficult to pin down with various excuses whenever I got hold of him. While I was direct and honest with him, he wasn’t! Thinking about it, he is either incapable to do the repair, unable to honor his estimate, or does only the band-aid jobs and in all cases not-professional. He puts a good talk - so be very careful.
