Kary is one of the kindest, most caring people I have ever met in my life. And I have been so fortunate & blessed that our paths have crossed.There have been times I have felt quite hopeless in trying myself to understand the newfound challenges I was suddenly experiencing & in turn explaining & conveying these challenges to family & friends, while also somehow trying to navigate getting the proper help & treatment in dealing with an invisible condition. And I'm sure others with brain injuries have faced the same difficulties.But there is always hope & for me it came when Kary & I had our first conversation over the phone. I had spoken to people at several other neurorehabilitation places (most would tell me my insurance wouldn't cover their services and that was that), but speaking to Kary was different. I could tell right away she had genuine concern for me & is undeniably all about this cause from our very first conversation. She is truly dedicated to the work she does in helping others like me.My managed-care plan would not cover services at NeuLife, so she looked at & contacted other facilities & programs to get me some treatment, while still trying to get me care at NeuLife. She gave me her personal contact information so she could keep in touch & update me on her efforts. And even if I just needed help in managing & navigating the process or talking things through with her. Through her efforts & with much persistence, she eventuallywas able to meet with executives from United Healthcare & was able to get me some services at NeuLife.When I first walked through the doors, Kary stood waiting to greet me in person on my first day of outpatient treatment. She embraced me with a big hug & burst into tears. She has been trying to help for close to two years now & is continuing trying to, even though I am no longer receiving services at NeuLife. And still is there for me as I am writing this. Kary is someone who will go above & beyond for you, if you need help & are looking for services/treatment for you or a loved one at NeuLife or elsewhere. Give them a call & ask for Kary. (I know she won't be upset for saying that). But the rest of the staff too, have only the best intentions in mind for anyone seeking help with them. I have no doubt about that.I don't remember much these days, but I haven't forgotten Kary's kindness in particular & experienced firsthand her dedication toward helping others. And I never will forget. She is one of a kind & truly a good person at her core. God bless. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. I hope one day I can pay it forward, and provide someone the ray of hope that Kary provided me.

Everyone treated me with respect from the minute I walked through the door to the time I left the doctor and nurses were very informative took the time to answer my questions if there was a 10 star rating I would give them a 20 God bless you all and thank you so much for what you do
