We had an absolutely fantastic experience getting my son’s glasses. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the team were incredibly friendly, patient and professional.They took the time to listen to my son, explain everything clearly and make sure he was completely comfortable with his glasses. Cowan and Morgan Opticians staff have provided exceptional care for my elderly mother. They came out to greet us, helped her in through the disabled access and arranged for an eye test room that she could access. They provided clear advice about the different options available for both reading and long sited vision. Each visit has seen all the staff treat my Mum is a friendly, respectful and clear way. They have been so helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing an eye test and glasses.

I searched the internet on Saturday morning as I had a painful eye.After speaking with Cowan Morgan receptionists I was put at ease and an immediate appointment was given.My eye treatment was diagnosed and treated professionally much to my relief, I was so grateful.Then to my surprise I went to pay and he said no charge!!!I would highly recommend this optician.

I have been going to Cowan & Morgan for quite some time now I always find them excellent from receptionist right through the eye test & help choosing spectacles if necessary & importantly you are not pressured into paying for new spectacles at every visit like some opticians I would definitely recommend them
