I was a little unsure about spending a small fortune on spectacles. The eye test was really good but it took me 4 months to get my act together. And I'm glad I did! The dispensing optician was really good and patient with all my questions trying to cut costs and get a good deal but she stuck with it and really thought about what I needed the spectacles for and how much I could afford. Thanks to her patience and experience I managed to choose a pair of glasses and order varifocal lenses.I got a call 4 days later to say they were ready. And Wow what a difference! I had no idea how much I was missing!Great service great advice. Bloody expensive! But then they all are, and other shops don't have the same customer service.

My wife and I have been going here for a couple of years after some "not so good" experience with one of the national chains that seem to be gobbling up all the independents. And what a delight it has been!In a nutshell, Andrew and his team really personify the concept of Customer Service...in all aspects. Firstly they're good at the job.....basic nuts and bolts. But it's the air of "caring" about you as a customer, they're friendly but not in your face, they're efficient, clear in their explanations, communicative, welcoming. Great business, great people, great service!Thanks team....you're a pleasure to deal with!

Excellent opticians been here since a child. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my treatment. Especially when you have a long term health condition ensuring everything is ok. All staff are fantastic helpful nothing too much.

As my eyesight had deteriorated I booked an appointment with Cowen and Morgan Ripon. The comprehensive eye test and prescription I received from Mr Morgan resulted in the necessary purchase of my first two pair of varifocals which with the kind help and assistance of Janet the dispenser fit and work perfectly. Many thanks to the excellent team for a first class service and experience.
