It is obvious that he values his work product immensely and will go to great lengths to ensure that both the customer and himself are satisfied with the quality of the finished project. He did an amazing job with our shower and would check in along the way to make sure to have our input, as well as give suggestions and multiple options when we didn't have much of a background knowledge for the decision. If an aspect of the project wasn't turning out to his own standards, he would spend extra time to ensure that the quality was where he believed it should be. He was completely respectful of our home and we had no concerns in allowing him to work while we were away. We highly recommend Taylor K. at TAK Tile. During a bathroom remodel, he transformed our old bathroom into a beautiful retreat. This work included a completely new shower floor, walls, and ceiling and all the tile in the room. The placement and grouting were perfect. I later asked him if he could rehab the grout in my kitchen and dining room ceramic tiles with a lighter grout color. Two other contractors had told me they couldn’t re-grout with a lighter color. Taylor was able to regrout using a cream-colored grout and the outcome was so beautiful! I then asked if he could rehab my upstairs bathroom which has original tile from 1957. All the grout and caulk surrounding the old tub and sink was in very poor shape. This outcome was also amazing; it’s like I have a new mid-century modern bathroom.
