Alicia, the GM, is amazing! She was so responsive In getting me set up in the system for drop in visits and was empathic with my situation, as my dad was in the hospital. The facility is very well maintained—extremely clean and new equipment. When I visit my parents in Fort Smith, I’ll definitely use this gym again!

Alicia Wells never followed up, and she was never there. I have been trying to cancel my membership since June. I had a stroke, I had asked her and sent her the hospital note, and she refused to cancel my membership. She is rude and she is never in the office.

The gym itself was fine. Tried to cancel my membership when the contract was over. they said they would take care of it, but they continued to charge me for 4 months until I caught it. ( should have caught it sooner,) they refuse to reimburse me anything or even make an effort to make it right. There are plenty of gyms in the same vicinity, I’d skip over this one.
