We had a very great experience with Zalo groom! It was very nice having the convenience of the grooming come to our house, vs having to get our car messy from our huskies undercoat lol. Our husky has very sensitive skin, and Zalo Groom listened to each of our instructions on how we wanted the grooming done to care for her! Overall 10, out of 10!

After many searches and even a recommendation of having my fur baby sedated for his grooming, I can’t thank you enough, I didn’t want to have him sedated and the cherry on top was you come to us, so he is in the comfort of his home and you did a wonderful job explaining our plan!! She did an AMAZING job! Our Cricket is 13 years old with arthritic hips. They were so good with her! My husband said she came out of the trailer almost prancing! He's a tough one to impress but they won him over! Will definitely be using and recommending them again and again!
