Firstly I.d like to say Laura is a lovely, down to earth woman and makes you feel at ease , she is very professional in her work, I've had my eyebrows and lip blush done, she maps out and then makes sure your happy with outlines before she goes ahead. I had semi permanent eyebrows by Laura. She was very flexible, professional and bubbly. The treatment I received was amazing, I was able to text her for advice and reassurance throughout both sets of healing time. Nothing was too much and she was happy to help. I asked for natural looking hair strokes to define shape and colour. I have this in abundance and very happy with my brows
