I had a complete breakdown down of my steam boiler system that heats my multi unit building. Ofcourse it happened on a Friday night. I’ve done business with Bernie before and had a good experience but this wasn’t a small deal. I asked many companies and they don’t even deal with steam boilers, the one company that agreed told me that they couldn’t get an estimate until Monday. Bernie and his son showed up promptly Saturday morning assessed the situation and gave me several possible solutions that we could pursue once the supply house opened on Monday. Long story short supply house opened he came back took the machine apart and said I need a new system because the 3/4 sections are finished. The previous owner did have a steam boiler replaced but whoever did it ripped themOff and used, used parts. Bernie showed me the proof of it as well. The other company said at best it would take three days to have the heat up and running. Bernie had it up and two and it would’ve been one had it not been for delivery and parts that were beyond his control. Bernie and his sons are solid people. I would highly recommend their services. I did use him on my other properties. For this one I own he’s my steam boiler expert and I will have him regularly do maintenance on this machine. You can rest assured that when Bernie is taking care of ti your heating system he’s got your back. Oh and lastly and very important the price was very reasonable and fair. Yes it was a big expense I wasn’t anticipating but I mos definitely didn’t get ripped off.

Excellent service. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He knows all about boiler systems and mini-splits. He's done a lot of work for me and my clients and everyone is very happy with the job. Highly recommended.
