I’ve been coming to CCV for about 2 and a half years now. The owners, the coaches, and the members come together to make CCV a community. We all have different strengths and weaknesses and we help each other to achieve our goals. I have consistently grown in my time here and look forward to going to the gym no matter who the coach is because they all know what each one of us needs! Hands down the nicest and cleanest CrossFit box I’ve ever been to! The community of members and coaches are amazing and every person that walks through the doors is met where they they are physically and provided with a workout with modifications whether you’re a beginner or someone whose been in the game for a while! Definitely recommend giving CCV a visit, you won’t be disappointed!

Everyone is very welcoming and accepting of all fitness levels. The coaches are great and knowledgeable, and always trying to help you be better. The gym itself is extremely clean and has a ton of space/equipment. Highly recommend!
