The team at Pivotal has been exceptional. They helped design a plan for athletes at our wrestling club, and opened their doors to allow for kids of all ages to participate and receive tailored instruction based on age groups.We have received very positive feedback from the athletes attending and their parents. Both my boys attend 3-4 days per week, and really enjoy the program as Patrick and his team are able to push them physically and get them outside their comfort zone while still finding ways to make the workouts fun and competitive.

My family has been going to Pivotal and coach Patrick since they opened in their current location. All three of my kids (ages 18, 15 and 12) have been part of the High School, Middle School and Elementary Athletic Development Programs and seen numerous gains in speed, range of motion and strength. Patrick and the staff at pivotal, know how to train, how to prevent injury and truly care about the success of the athletes. Super happy we found Pivotal Sports Performance!We have a junior in high school and a fifth grader who are both into Sports. We wanted them to get the proper training and guidance on sports fitness as well as technique in order to help them improve their performance In there individual sports.The youth group classes that they have do just that and both of my kids really enjoy going to pivotal!We had them start in the off-season and when they started Practicing again with their team we got compliments from both their coaches on the improvement that each of our kids and made in the off-season.Patrick and his team at Pivotal Sports Performance have made the difference in the health and fitness of our kids!Highly Recommend them!!
