Tried a free taster session and was amazing, Sean is a fantastic instructor and a really friendly environment. It also includes full use of the gym as well outside of sessions. Joined up and looking forward to future training.

I joined BRN just a month ago and with consistency I can feel and see the change in my mind, body and general wellbeing. No workout is the same. So much variations for a full body workout. Amazing coaches who genuinely care and want to help you in your fitness journey. They’ve created a great space where even members support and hype you up!

I can’t recommend BRN enough!! Had a session here while visiting family in London and had a great experience. I don’t work out often but was met with so much support and the coaches really understood my level and guided me through it in a way that motivated me and made me want to come back. If you ever want to open a studio in Norway I’ll be the first to sign up 🌟

I fly in to see family in London for a few weeks at a time and it’s such a solid setup at BRN. I was hesitant because I don’t train regularly but the coaches are super supportive and have great energy and it’s a nice balance of cardio and strength that I’m able to fit into my schedule which makes me feel each work out (in a good way)! Also having access to all the amenities at Willesden Sports centre (esp the pool!) is such a bonus and makes the sessions even more worthwhile. Wish we had a similar setup in Norway, see you guys in a couple weeks!

I joined BRN by curiosity and l did not what to expect . I m a type of person who likes to trying new things in lifeTo my surprise, when l was called to joined the session by the trainer Sean l was like yes l will and he gave 2 minutes to joined them lol. The session was good and fun. I felt like part of the team, Sean was encouraged, supported and motivated me. I decided to become a member of the team by signing for membership. Joining BRN has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness. I’ve trained in a lot of different places over the years, but this feels different. There’s a real focus on doing things properly; building strength, moving well, and creating habits that actually last.What I love most is the balance they’ve got right. The sessions are challenging, and the group environment pushes you to work harder than you probably would on your own, but it never feels intimidating or unwelcoming. No matter your level, you feel supported and encouraged.The coaches are a huge part of that. They’re knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly care about helping people improve. They take the time to correct form, explain movements, and make sure you’re getting the most from every session. I went for my free trial and I have to say it exceeded all expectations! Sean was absolutely amazing in explaining the workout as a whole and each exercise, corrected my posture when needed and generally lifted my spirits! It was tough as I just started my fitness journey but I can say that I absolutely want to come back!

Really lovely space, well equipped, great trainer and supportive community! I did the Saturday class with Dan who was great - highly recommend. Warning : parking is a gamble early mornings on the weekend but free road parking around the centre.
