A really warm welcome to my first session from Sean and the rest of the team. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but Sean guided me through. I really surprised myself with how much I enjoyed it and how well I got on. There was great energy in the room, and can't wait to go back for my next session!

I was really nervous about getting back into a routine and needed that push. I booked a free trial with BRN online to give it a try. The studio is clean with a great variety of equipment, and the environment is super friendly—I didn't feel out of place at all and felt at ease. The 1-hour class absolutely flew by with a fun mix of full body exercises. Sean, was super helpful and supportive. After the session I signed up as it's perfect for my needs and can see myself making great progress and getting back into it. Can’t wait to see the results! Thank you !

I’ve joined gyms before, but struggled to maintain consistency. BRN changed that. The group sessions are properly coached by qualified professionals. I rock up, put the work in and feel good afterwards. What makes BRN genuinely different are the people. Sean and the coaches know everyone by name, genuinely care about your progress and make you feel part of the group from day one. I’m usually quite reserved and used to prefer solo training. Due to the knowledge and professionalism, I’ve completely changed my tune.I’m stronger, fitter, have way more confidence and actually look forward to training now. BRN is the first place I’ve actually managed to stay consistent. The atmosphere is what really makes it. Everyone is welcoming, there’s no ego and you feel part of the group from day one.Added bonus, got a free Willesden Sports Centre membership included.

1 month review: Having joined BRN bang on a month ago I must say: it's been bloody FANTASTIC. 1 month in and I have left every single class thinking "that was a proper workout".Sean has hired amazing coaches who all bring their own unique energy and personality to each class, and as a result every day does feel fresh and not repetitive. You won't get away with slacking off at BRN, so come give it a crack. You also get access to the sports centre gym as apart of your BRN membership.10/10 reccomend. A true hidden gym in NW London.

RBN is one of the most efficient ways I've found to maximize my gym time. Every session is tough, and the soreness afterwards is an addictive kind of pain that keeps you coming back. Challenging, rewarding, and definitely worth

Really love BRN great sessions, changing it up every time, and started to see immediate results. 6 months in now!

At first I felt abit intimidated even as an ex athlete! But the coaches and fellow work out mates have been so supportive. This method is fabulous !!

I have been training at BRN while visiting my daughter, who is a member. Trainers are amazing, and charismatic. Fun vibe and very welcoming!

One year in and 100+ sessions of BRN done, and I can honestly say it has made a massive impact on both my fitness and my strength. Sean and the other coaches are second to none, professional, engaged and motivating. It makes coming to the gym easy because I know I will enjoy it and work hard. Not only that, but I know there will always be people in the class to push me on and share the pain! I am hitting new goals, and seeing visible results, and I love how the community is doing that alongside me. Earlier in the year, when I had a running injury, the work I did at BRN helped me bounce back much quicker, and kept my fitness levels really high. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I joined BRN just a month ago and with consistency I can feel and see the change in my mind, body and general wellbeing. No workout is the same. So much variations for a full body workout. Amazing coaches who genuinely care and want to help you in your fitness journey. They’ve created a great space where even members support and hype you up!
