Booking online was a breeze. Day before we were going to get delivery, the weather changed and the forecast was for rain every day. I reached out and they were more than willing to accommodate moving the service to the following weekend. My backyard was looking, for a lack of better terms, like a hillbilly haven. Had the dumpster dropped in my driveway, and I got lucky and they hooked me up, won't share details but it was a sweet hookup.
