So Far orderly med have communicated well with me. I do wish we had a real person to talk to if needed. But they have been up front about pricing and shipping. If I’ve had a question they are timely at answering. Recently I had a question about transporting the medication out of the country and they alerted me to a document I may need and started the process for me to get the document in a timely manner before traveling. I appreciate this so I won’t have any complications.

Great customer service with quick response whenever I’ve contacted with medical question. Chat feature is nice as you can message day or night and get a response within a few hours. Shipment arrived within a few days and came with easy to understand instructions. Happy with everything so far. Had some nausea the first couple of days after starting tirzepatide but I was able to contact medical via chat feature and they sent in prescription for Zofran for me to my local pharmacy. Will update on weight loss journey as time goes on. Currently on lowest dose.
