Angela's team is the best. I called Angela from my Mom's ER hospital bed praying they would be able to help me with short notice sitters. She went out of her way to help accommodate our needs. Isha the sweet lady that came to sit with Mom on such short notice was so wonderful. Needless to say, Angela's team helped relieve alot of the stress from an already stressful situation. Unprofessional. Caregiver came out for 1 day & 1 hour (not including the 20 minutes she spent outside on the phone). She cursed at my father and called him stubborn. I had paid for a month in advance. I had made doctor appointments that then had to be canceled because they didn't have any employees to replace first caregiver. Now they won't refund my money. Scammers.... UPDATE: I finally did receive a refund check and it bounced. Unbelievable!!!! Less
