During our workouts they are constantly checking in on you making sure you are ok. They make on demand recommendations to enforce and promote safe and effective training. We've been members for a few years. The coaches are awesome and know their stuff. They make workout fun and very easy to "Show up and obey." When my husband had a broken arm, they came up with other workouts to accommodate a sling and the recovery time. I've become part of this community and love their professionalism

I have been a member of CrossFit Tradition for several years. The owners are engaged and often coach, the place is clean and well supplied. All of the coaches are very conscientious with making sure all Movements are safe. I have never seen a better, more well run facility

CrossFit Tradition is the best place to train. Classes always start on time, the place is always clean and ready for each class, the coaches are incredible, it is for everyone regardless of age or physical condition, the programming is excellent. Amazing atmosphere with THE BEST coaches/friends I’ve ever encountered in a gym. August 2021 makes 1 year since my wife and I came for a visit and we’ve never left. There’s room for more athletes. Give CrossFit Tradition a try….you won’t be sorry.

At Crossfit Tradition the classes are very dynamic, always different, interactive and with very high quality professionals. The objective is to overcome their own barriers, there are no opponents, there is group, companionship and coexistence. I can only thank Crossfit Tradition for helping me with this lifestyle change.

I feel so fortunate to belong to a gym that is thoroughly conscientious about providing a safe workout environment. Becky and Cody have mindfully implemented appropriate practices to avoid cross-contamination and even took the time to produce an entertaining video to demonstrate the new procedures. Dropped in from out of town for three straight days of great coaching and workouts. Drop in for a week was $50... But def a sound investment. Coaches were knowledge and environment was clean and safe. And most importantly, workouts were definitely a workout! Would have loved to be able to subsidize my drop in fee with a tank top but they didn't offer that. Def recommend!

This place has seriously reinvigorated my passion for working out. The whole staff are fantastic, motivating, and helpful with nailing down the movements. They also host a lot of events outside of traditional WODs. They even have a shower (ok maybe not a big deal for some, but it is for me!) Very friendly and welcoming community!

I have been going here off and on about year now. I love this place. Everyone from coaches to people that workout there are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend to anyone looking to get into crossfit.

All of the coaches are very supportive and extremly knowledgable about Cross Fit techniques. They make sure you are performing each move correctly to avoid injury. The facility is very clean, competitive pricing, child care is available, they even a provide great meal plan with recipes to help encourage a healthful eating attitude.

This is the first gym that I’ve been that I’ve been to that offers a legitimate family atmosphere. The coaches are all great. Everyone is knowledgeable and encouraging toward one another and the owners are so involved with everything. I recommend this place to anyone whether they are a beginner or experienced crossfitter.

I'm doing the 6 week challenge with some awesome ppl. The trainers are amazing and it's only week Two and I've lost over 7 pounds and seeing results. I'm sore every day of the week and I love it. Can't wait to see myself in 4 more weeks.

Becky was amazing she gave me information fast. Price for drop in was perfect and I got a tank to support. The facility is great. I had to run over to tradition field and didn't check into hotel yet so I showered there quickly this was helpful to me. Open gym hours as well so it was helpful !! Coaches are great at what they do. Very fun and outgoing. I really like how they coordinate events outside of the gym. It truly lets you test you physical fitness out in the real world. Gym has amazing members. Clean facilities and also great equipment.

Well it was like night and day. After speaking with Becky and Cody I knew I had to give it another shot. These coaches are dedicated to their clients and their overall well being. They didn't just throw me to the lions, they were beside me every step of the way. Showing me the proper form, how to protect my back, how to scale it back or when to push it up a notch. They cheer you on, they motivate you and their support is Constant. They take pride in their box and every athlete in there supports you.
