I recently came here for an Essex retainer because I had 2 missing teeth due to having 2 bone graphs performed . I payed almost $600 for this “Essex retainer” . When I arrived to pick up my retainer I was asked to bring the teeth that were extracted to put on the retainer . Which was never discussed in my first appointment. I was under the impression that said Essex retainer would have some type of tooth material already in the spaces that I didn’t have teeth . Mind you I’m only 5 days post op . Not until I came to pick up said retainer was I informed that my teeth that I brought in for the retainer would be used and that also the teeth would not be secured in the retainer and that I quote Dr.maan “ would have to take my retainer out carefully so I wouldn’t lose them “ also during the process of Dr. Maan trying to fit the retainer he pulled one of my sutures out . I am very disappointed with the service that I received. This isn’t what I was expecting in the least bit . And it’s a very depressing moment in my life due to this unethical customer service .

Dr Mann and his staff go out of their way to make you feel very at ease in every way possible. Whether it be your nerves, finances, whatever. They are the best choice. I couldn't be happier.
