Last summer we had Jeff paint our house, deck, fence, garage, and storage shed. We give him 5 stars and would recommend him to anyone. He was careful, paid attention to detail, listened and asked questions to be sure what we wanted. His crew did everything promised and more. No surprises or mistakes. Now he probably isn't the least expensive painting contractor, but you get what you pay for. And in this case we certainly did get all we hoped for and more. By that I mean that we had the surprise discovery that we were not invaded by hordes of stink bugs for the first time in years. Why? Not certain, but before painting Jeff caulked every crack and opening in our siding, some of which is original (house was built in 1946). Unless the stink bugs have miraculously disappeared, the only explanation is that the cracks and crannies that allowed them to infiltrate our home were closed to them. Less

We used Jeff and his company for second time this year. We have redwood siding on exterior of home. They came and cleaned the siding one day, let it dry and then returned and applied the preservative on second day. The men are very thorough and respectful of your property. I’m picky and expect high quality work, which is what I received from this company. Jeff goes beyond the standard to make sure the job is done correctly and that customer is satisfied. I received a quote that is just astronomical and absurd I have since received 6 additional quotes for exactly the same work and the next highest quote was 1/3 of the Newlin quote. every other company gave me an estimate with discrete line items for labor, paints, prep, and materials, outlining exactly the work to be done. several also gave me written tine estimates. I was overwhelmed at how detail-oriented they were...they found areas that I hadn't even seen, and repaired them, then painted every room in my home, including the ceilings, baseboards, and door trims. Jeff and his crew were absolutely amazing. My husband and I interviewed several painters. We selected Newlin Painting because Jeff was professional, provided our estimate as promised and was the only company that was on time for our initial appointment. We hired Newlin Painting for the interior painting of our entire home. We liked their quality of work so much that we hired them to do the exterior home too. The way they prepped each work area every morning and then the removal of any trace of work that day as not to inconvenience our lifestyle was beyond exceptional. Everything was completed exactly like Jeff said it would. Rarely, can you find a company that is at your driveway at 7am for over two months waiting for us to say it’s okay to come in and start working. The painters were polite and trustworthy. Were they the cheapest estimate we received, no. However, by far they were worth every penny we paid. You get what you pay for and they are the best!
