I’ve been working with Tyler Starke for a while now, and noticed drastic improvement in my sports performance. He has helped me so much with my hand eye coordination, reaction time, and overall well being. I recommend Tyler Starke and Starke Industry to everyone.

Tyler is the first personal trainer I have worked with. A triathlon coach I was working with at the time put me in touch with him, suggesting that some strength would be valuable for me. I was initially a bit skeptical about working with a trainer, as I didn’t believe I needed some “meathead” standing next to me while I worked out. I simply needed someone to show me how to properly do a few exercises, and I’d be able to handle things for myself from there. Shortly after beginning to work with Tyler it became very apparent that my skepticism was misplaced. Tyler’s plans are not cookie cutter, rather he started with a very detailed assessment to better understand my specific goals, my unique physiology, and my areas of strength and limitations. This assessment provided the basis for a long term plan custom tailored to my unique needs. If I had decided to workout on my own without the assessment I would have been flying blind, unsure of any progress, and potentially exacerbating problems I already had. With the assessment as a foundation, Tyler’s program allows for more focused work, but most importantly allows me to see and track measurable objective improvements in performance. The value of working with Tyler extends well beyond the structure of his plans. He is extremely knowledgeable about exercise science and human physiology. He has leveraged this knowledge and experience to put together a program for me based on improving functional strength, which extends beyond simply doing bicep curls or bench press, but rather focusing on movements that build core strength and balance for example while simultaneously working to strengthen a specific muscle. This type of program more readily allows work done in the gym to translate into other athletic activities (running and cycling in my case) or simply daily life. Additionally, Tyler’s work extends well beyond simply strength training to include a broad focus on improving wellness through a focus on mobility / nutrition / sleep practices, etc. My overall health has improved meaningfully since beginning to work with Tyler. Tyler’s genuine interest and passion for what he does every day is clear. He continues to invest in his knowledge base through reading, research, and outside clinics/educational program and certifications. All this work that he puts in ultimately benefits me as one of his clients. Additionally, he is very flexible, and willing and able to apply this knowledge/ experience to whatever my need may be at the time. For example, he recently helped me rehab a sprained ankle by both working with me during our sessions as well as providing recommendations on recovery practices outside the gym. After initially being skeptical about working with a trainer, I have now been working with Tyler for almost three years. Since beginning to work with him, I have gotten stronger, more flexible, more durable, and I feel better than I ever have (despite being 47 years old). With his help, I’m highly confident I will continue to make progress in all of these areas. If you’re looking for someone to help you reach your health and fitness goals I give Tyler my highest recommendation. Less
Tyler is an excellent trainer. Not only did he develop a plan for me to meet my goals but his training also helped me to correct some long term, lagging injuries as well.
I have trying to do a PNOE test for a while and Tylor pop up and i do not regret. Super knowledgeable, patient and professional. Listens carefully what your needs are and direct you in the right path.Easy to work with and great communicator. I highly recommend him for a better future goals :)
We have gone to Stark Industries for years. There is nobody better than get you or your child ready for any competition. Defiantly would strongly recommend for anyone and any age
