DID A JOB FOR ME 2 YEARS AGO. IT HAS FAILED. HAD ENGINEER CHECK IT OUT NEEDED TO BE REDONE TOTALLY. THEY GAVE 10 YEAR WARRANTY. I SENT THEM 4 EMAILS ADVISING THEM BUT NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK. I HAVE SINCE HAD MCB REDO THE JOB AND THEY SAY WORST JOB THEY HAVE EVER SEEN. NO SCREED. NO FALL. BASICALLY GLOBS OF GLUE AND WAS SURROUNDED BY WATER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FINDLAY EVANS TO ANYONE. What brilliant service! We recently had a cracking and leaking residential balcony repaired and from start to finish, the business was nothing but professional. Communication was clear the whole way through and I received regular updates about where the team was up to, which days they would be carrying out work (weather is always a factor) and the costs quoted were the costs paid. On top of this, the team were all very friendly and warm and had great attitudes. It was clear everyone cared about doing a good job and satisfying the customer. A neighbour with a similar balcony leak recently used a sub-par company for the same type of work and is already experiencing issues with the workmanship. I'm very happy I found this business and would recommend them to anyone looking at getting a good quality job and a reasonable price. Get it done right the first time! Less
