I went for the first time last week and going again tomorrow, I don't usually walk alot because everything hurts afterwards, I went to the Long Beach convention center for the home show on Friday and all there elevators were broken and the person told us we were in the right parking lot, turns out we had to walk 10 blocks and 3 flights of stairs to get to the entrance. I couldn't believe other then being tried nothing hurt, it had to be OsteoStrong. Looking forward to tomorrow!

I’ve been coming since July of 2019. I enjoy and look forward to the challenge of each of the machines each week and the Hydromassage after. Rebecca and Lindsey are very sweet and helpful in making sure I’m doing the exercises correctly, which is extremely important. My next Dexa scan will be in a few months and will be anxious to see the improvement

I have a very good experience in doing the exercises. I have problems with my knees and now I doing much the pain reduced I will say 60% for what I just to have so I do recommend it for everyone
