Sorry to say I was not impressed with the care I was provided for my middle back pain. And to be told I would need at least 24 visits seemed way to much. Pushing on my spine at the top, middle and bottom did absolutely nothing. Pushing down on my knee and pushing against my shoulder, both on the left and right sides to twist me then manipulating my neck in a left, right and backward movement, all were uncomfortable and provided no relief what so ever. Then 10 min on a motorized massaging table again on my back did nothing to provide the slightest bit of relief. A total of less than 15 minutes of total treatment (only about 3 minutes of manipulation) all for $50. OK, I gave it a 2nd visit and received the same level and type of "Treatment" again with "No Relief" at all. I was not returning to this establishment ever again and if asked, my recommendation would be "Not to Go there". I went to another Chiropractor who did Way More Care, spent about 45 minutes with me. Said the "Adjustment" i was previously given was not for the middle of the back pain. I was given a different Adjustment to my back which focused on the middle of my back, then a 15 min massage to the area of my back pain, then the use of ultrasound and a heating pad made a major improvement to my pain and discomfort on my first visit. I've had a 2nd treatment and may only need one more ( This Doctor said initially no more than 4 or 5 visits) so Im very pleased with this other Chiropractor group Im currently going to. Sorry to say, Vanguard to me, seems like they are more about the money they can collect from a patient by recommending very lengthy treatment plans for their ineffective and minimal level of care. Dr. Murray is truly one of the best chiropractors I’ve ever had. From day one, he has been incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. After my car accident, he was even willing to help me if my insurance didn’t go through — which meant so much to me during a stressful time. Thankfully it did, and I continue seeing him now with my current insurance.He also sees my daughter Aries once a month for maintenance, and he is amazing with her. She always feels comfortable, cared for, and even looks forward to her visits (the lollipops definitely help too!).His assistant Cynthia is just as wonderful — she is so gentle, sweet, and welcoming, and always makes both me and my daughter feel taken care of. The entire office has such a warm, caring environment.I’m beyond grateful for Dr. Murray and his team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about their patients.

I was visiting from out of town and started having some pretty bad lower back pain. I called the office and they were kind enough to work me into their schedule the same day. Dr. Murray was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what was going on. I went in hurting and came out feeling better than new! I’m so grateful for the care and relief I received .Highly recommend!

This review is long overdue! My kids and I have been going here off and on for about 5 years. Dr. Murray is knowledgeable and very down to earth. The staff is always friendly as well which makes it hard to go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Murray for taking care of my family and I!
