Lifelong Merchant services is top tier as a Point of Sales provider. Kermit has built a dedicated team of knowledgeable people who are genuinely interested in helping their customers succeed. I can’t say enough about the Support Team and how easy it is to get in touch with them whenever we need assistance. No more terrible hold music for 45 minutes only for the call to drop. No more weird business hours that don’t align with ours. No more “Let me get a supervisor” from a random support tech and constantly having to explain the problem again. Lifelong has a long road of success ahead of them. Sure with any new system there are bugs here and there, but the team at Lifelong stops at nothing to find, fix, and optimize any issue they come across. We use Lifelong at Cardinal Vapor in Muncie, IN and at Upland Liquor in Upland, IN and I can confidently say it’s the best switch we’ve ever made in terms of point of sales systems.
