Love love love this gym and I can’t say it enough! We started our little dude in Jiu-Jitsu (10/10 would highly recommend) he has grown so much in such a short amount of time and the instructors are amazing!!! I couldn’t ask for better people to guide my little dude to success! I have now decided to join the classes (boxing and strength training) I am OBSESSED 😍 I love how welcoming the people are, I have never loved working out so much ! If you are debating on if this is the place for you, it is! 😊 We are so blessed to have found this gym!

Huge, clean facility with expert BJJ instructors. Oscar is among the highest ranked and experienced black belts in MN/WI and also a full time referee who travels to every tournament for IBJJF. Everyone is really friendly and there is no average age, there are as many 19 year olds as 45 year olds at most classes and everything in between. Sometimes the website schedule is a bit out of date as the program continues to expand and adapt so it's smart to email, message on IG or FB to confirm hours first but most weekday evenings are always open.

Everyone here is super welcoming/friendly, there’s a ton of options for beginners and even people who have a good amount of experience in different martial arts. They’ve also made a ton of changes to each room in the gym/added a bunch of stuff to try and workout with.
