As of November 25, the belt on the machine is officially broken so we are going to attempt to manually replace the belt and/or replace the whole machine again. I do not recommend shopping at any refurbished dryers as you'll still pay an arm and a leg for the machine even at a discounted rate. Less

I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. Quite possibly the worst customer service l've ever experienced. 4 days ago my fridge stopped working, so I figured it was time to purchase a new one. So I went to this store as I thought they had good prices and I-didn't want to spend a lot. I purchased the fridge and got it home. It didn't work. Not at all. It took me awhile to get ahold of someone at the store but when I finally did I explained the problem. At first they blamed it on me and said I had to unplug the fridge for 24 hour. Which I did do. I called a fridge repair man to come out to see what the problem was. Was it actually my fault? No it wasn't. He explained there was quite a bit wrong with the fridge and it had nothing to do with the transportation of it. I called the store back and explained the situation to them. They said I couldn't have my money back but they would replace it. Great. They were going to send me another fridge and I had to pay for the delivery. They were also going to send me the wrong size fridge. Luckily told the guy to measure before sending it. Of course it wouldn't fit. So they said they had another one but in the wrong colour but they could exchange it again once they got a white one in. They told me they couldn't get it delivered that day but they could the next day and this would all be at my expense. At this point what choice do I have. I’m not getting my money back and I still have no fridge. He told me he would have it delivered the next day, Saturday between 5-7pm. He was going to call me in the morning to confirm. Great. Next day and no phone call. So I called them in the afternoon to confirm (as I changed all my plans to make sure l'd be home). When I called, they told me that they couldn't deliver it because the delivery guy just couldn't do it, he was too busy and they would do it Monday. I asked if they could use a different delivery company (seeing as I'm the one paying for it any way) they said no. They don't know of any other company. I said fine can I get another company and he said no because there is not refunds (I have no idea how that even makes sense). I'm raging mad right now. So I might have to get a repair man to come fix my old fridge cause the new one I just bought doesn't work and they won't deliver another till Monday night and I need a fridge. I have kids to feed I should have just got someone to fix the old one in the first place or bought from ANYWHERE else. When I asked what they could do to help me or compensate me or help me figure this out as fast as possible they said nothing. HORRIBLE customer service. If I could get my money back I would. Buyer beware. Do not buy from this company. Update They brought me a smaller black fridge if I took down this review. They were going to repair my fridge and then bring it back. They left the black fridge in the garage so that once my fridge was repaired it was easy to switch back. That was in September 2023. I have never heard back from them. I still have a smaller black fridge sitting in my garage that I never wanted and had to pay to get my original fridge working cause I couldn’t afford a new fridge as I spent my money on the original new white one. Scam artists, horrible customer service, I tried calling all the way to Calgary, no response. They will sell appliances that they know are broken and when they don’t work even right at delivery, they will bloom you for it and then would ghost you.

Purchased a dryer. Got it home, installed and tried to run it. Made a horrible screeching sound and drum wouldn’t turn. After numerous texts and phone calls it was replaced with another that, thankfully, works. Disappointed with the manager stating their appliances are sold “As Is”, which I understand regarding scratches and dents but not working is another matter entirely.

AVOID SMS appliances at all cost. They sell broken washers and leaves you no place but to buy a brand new one. Bought washer from them that is almost brand new price. I should have just bought a brand new because they will tell you they dont have technician to repair their broker washer, they dont have washer to replace, their parts take forever to arrive, and it is non refundable.
