My first encounter with Bittner Bridal was April 2023. It was the first shop on a line up of 4. What an experience! Taylor is incredible at her job. She's clearly passionate about it and extremely kind making you feel so comfortable. She really listens as you try on each dress to what you do and do not like about it. Little did I know that would be the best experience out of them all. She set the bar high for the other shops we visited and they missed the mark tenfold. By the end of that experience I had more clearly defined to myself what I was looking for but did not find my dress at that time and was definitely feeling defeated about bouncing from shop to shop unsuccessfully. Fast forward to the beginning of October where, by this point, I felt it would just be easier to find a dress online than to go through all the trouble of shop hopping again. Out of the blue Taylor called me. She said she remembered me and thought she had a dress for me that was more of what I expressed I was looking for. I was baffled she even remembered me and oddly enough my family was returning later that month anyways, so I made arrangements for another appt they could attend. The day of the appt Taylor had selected 3 dresses for me to try that she felt were for me. I loved them all. I was so impressed with the details she recalled from my first visit nearly 6mths prior, she must take really good notes! She had hit the nail on the head with all of them in one way or another but the dress she originally called me about, THAT dress, oh she was a stunner. That dress was MY dress. And all I can think about is that I would have settled for a dress on the internet and figured out a way to make it work because it seemed easier. I had the most amazing experience! The day before my appointment, the owner called me to introduce herself and gather details about my goals for the appointment. She was very thorough and ensured that she had fully captured my vision and desires for my ideal dress. We also were looking for a mother of the bride dress, which she happily accommodated in the same appointment. She did an amazing job balancing both myself and my mom throughout the appointment, giving us both dedicated time to find our perfect dresses.
