I don’t post reviews all that often, unless I can offer a unique and helpful perspective that might be underrepresented.
I’m a person who gained a lot of weight during the 2020 lockdowns. I was already plus sized to begin with… but ballooned up from 5’8 280 pounds to somewhere around 300+ lbs. I’ve never been particularly athletic, and I’ve always considered myself a touch uncoordinated. I’m not being self deprecating, I’m just being real haha. I add all these details to stress, I’m not in peak athletic form and if you told me I would be 2 classes in at a CrossFit gym even a month ago I would have LAUGHED in your face LOL.
However, Dal, David, and Leslie have been absolutely amazing. Believe me when I say, I wanted to RUN, not walk to the exit after the first 10 minutes, but I stuck through it, and I’m so glad I did.
Every coach I’ve met so far has been so encouraging, and attentive to my form. So if you’re someone who’s been out of the exercise game for a bit, and you’re remotely interested in getting stronger and more fit. Check this place out. The staff here will meet you where you are and get you to where you want to be.
Coming from a person who has had weight and fitness fluctuations since high school, if I can survive the first couple of days here, you can too! The most difficult part was walking through the door the first time, if you show up once ready to try your best, these trainers will take you wherever in your fitness journey you want to go next.
