Do not get your eyebrows threaded from here! Left with my eyebrows uneven not even the same length and they cut my eye with scissors when trimming my eyebrows…..WTAF Don’t go there

Pooja was amazing, doing an amazing job threading my eyebrows. Best I've experienced in 3 years. I will definitely be using her from now on. Her beside manner was also very sweet and polite.

For the past few months I’ve been going here to get my eyebrows threaded. I’ve been trying to grow my brows out from the thin brow era of the 2010s and they’ve been super attentive in cleaning up my brows to accomodate growth and have never overdone it which is why I kept coming back!

Extremely Disappointing Service – Lash Lift & Tint I had a lash lift and tint booked at 2, and from the start, things were off. No one acknowledged me as a first-time customer, and the only person there was busy with someone else. When I mentioned my appointment, I was told to "sit down" with no clear communication on the wait time. The service itself was a nightmare. I asked for updates throughout, but she barely spoke and kept leaving to attend to others. Hygienically, it was concerning—she didn’t wear gloves, and there were unpleasant odors from her hands, which made me uneasy. The results were terrible: one eye had minimal volume, and both were uneven, with little tint visible. When I tried to address it, she dismissed my concerns and told me to come back the next day. After requesting to speak to the manager, I was given a number that went unanswered, and she didn’t know when the manager would be in. I paid the full $86 and walked out, unsatisfied. Thankfully, I went to another place nearby, and they fixed the mistakes. Avoid this place for lash services. Less

will never do my brows here again my skin has been torn off the lady I went to yesterday just kept on waxing over and over the same place. Then went in with the threading I asked her to stop as my skin felt like it was falling off. My eyes looks terrible today with scarring.

Only negative was yesterday i was swrved by another woman, who told me the lash lift would take about 30 mins. I was there for just under two hours.
