will never do my brows here again my skin has been torn off the lady I went to yesterday just kept on waxing over and over the same place. Then went in with the threading I asked her to stop as my skin felt like it was falling off. My eyes looks terrible today with scarring.

Please do not get lash extensions done here, my eyes were in so much pain after this experience, they refused me a refund and my eyes are now infected, the worst experience I have ever had!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They Ruined my lashes and refused to give me a refund, lashes stuck together and poking me in the eye, stuck to my eyelids. A complete mess. Eyes are red raw from irritation. DO NOT GO HERE

Pooja really understood what I wanted and managed to shape and clean my brows without thinning it too much. Which is what happens with every other shop I’ve been to. She made sure to ask questions and clarify what I wanted and my brows turned out beautifully.

They are also dramatically over priced, they charged me and friend over $110 with a discount but when we went to someone that is highly professional and actually knew what they where doing they only charged us $65. After years of bad wax jobs and thin eyebrows, I was looking for someone that understands my frustration and knows how to thread. This place was recommended and I can see why. They were amazing! Oh my goodness had a full set 5 days ago and I’m in so much pain! The lashes are super hard like they’ve used way to much glue! I’ve had them done a few times before at other places and never felt anything like this!

Overall had a good experience and very friendly but the lashes were all glued together and were very heavy on my eyes my natural lashes are kinda nonexistent now from the Extensions altogether it was very overpriced and not that great for someone who just grew her lashes out

Edit : They only have one look however will charge volume pricing for lashes that look like classics.
