We've had the lights up for a few days now, and are very impressed with the amount of light and the overall aesthetics. Very much exceeded our expectation.Jason was extremely responsive and outlined exactly how and when the installation would take place. His team was very careful not to damage the landscaping and roof. They even came up with a unique way to install on the second story without damaging the roof tiles. These guys took pride in their work and treated our home with respect. Shout out to 'Tall' John for his work and going the extra mile installing in some pretty tight areas. They were always on time and very communicative.The product itself is pretty cool. Endless possibilities with the lighting combinations. You name it - there is a lighting sequence for the occasion. We looked at 3 separate companies when we were looking for permanant lighting. Ultimately, we went with Modern Lightscapes. Jason and John (owners of Modern Lightscapes) were fantastic from the start to the finish of our project. They were easy to work with, helped resolve and plan what turned out to be a complicated installation plan and had numerous check-ins. This was my 2nd experience with Modern Lightscapes. Enrique spent 1-1/2 days installing a low-voltage landscape lighting system featuring Haven Lighting that is just awesome. He installed a control unit, ran several hundred feet of wire underground that is connected to 18 different spot lights shining on a variety of palm trees, a street address sign, and a flagpole. Enrique did his job professionally, asked questions when necessary, and went above and beyond multiple times. Enrique is definitely a 5-Star Employee. My first experience was 1-1/2 years ago when Modern Lightscapes installed the Jellyfish track lighting system on my house and I have had the most festive house on my street since. The Jellyfish system was installed in a single day and the system has worked exactly as advertised. Jason and Debbie are easy to contact and their Modern Lightscapes Staff has always been there to help and answer questions. My family loves our JellyFish lights and Modern Lightscapes did a fantastic job with installation. Jason oversaw the project and made sure everything was done to the highest quality.
