I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees (Aaron). Every time I come in, he’s consistently respectful, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He keeps the gym extremely clean, takes pride in his work, and creates a great environment for everyone. Employees like him are a big reason people enjoy coming here. He’s the kind of person who leads by example and represents the gym exceptionally well. I truly believe he deserves recognition and should be considered for a leadership or higher-level position. Great employees like this are hard to find, and I hope his hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.
