I booked my house windows to be tinted. on the day they showed up 20 plus minutes early to the schedule appointment time and left before the appointment time was current. of course I was not home as I was planning to leave work to be there for 10am. I called and texted them multiply times to find out what happened and no one would get back to me. im kind of pissed off. my upstairs tentant left work early to allow them access to the upstairs and cleaned her place so that they can work up there. I don't think this company is not very professional and are to chicken to have a conversation with me. thanks for ur reply. I have u on camera that u were here at 940 and left at 950. our appointment was at 10 and ur email confirming our appointment was for 10 to 1015. also u never called me because I never received any calls or textes saying u would be coming early. I have my phone on me. so why did u now answer my phone calls and textes when I tried to reach out to after u where not here. I started to reach out to you guys around 1020. also I may have lost track of the time but that did not mean that no was there. my tentant was there by 1005 to let u in. Less

Did not give us a call that they were there so we could meet them and get the tinting completed. Had my tenant as well move her schedule around to meet them. They left before there scheduled time to be there. After having everyone call them all day and leave messages to try and come up with a new appointment date or find out why they did not call. Finally got a text from them the next day that said “ WE ARE NO LONGER INTERESTED IN COMPLETING YOUR PROJECT” Sounds like a good stand up company….. guess my money is not good enough for them… so be careful….
