The appliances were never cleaned before and the copious amounts of drywall dust throughout the apartment after a renovation we were lost. Holly and her professional team went above and beyond our request to "clean the apartment". And exceeded all of our expectations. Not only was the place spotless, smelt fresh, and looked completely brand new. There wasn't a speck of dust on door trims, baseboards, windows, door or kitchen cabinet handles, garbage cans, NOTHING. I would recommend Dawn's cleaning to ANYONE. Their quality of work, sense of pride, friendly attitudes and determination to satisfy our cleaning needs was mind blowing. Recently reached out to Dawn’s Cleaning for a one time deep clean. I was quite disappointed with the service. The bath tub and tiles for the washroom looked like they haven’t been cleaned, or if they had, a good job was not done (I have attached photos). Recently reached out to Dawn’s Cleaning for a one time deep clean. I was quite disappointed with the service. The bath tub and tiles for the washroom looked like they haven’t been cleaned, or if they had, a good job was not done (I have attached photos). When I pay for a deep cleaning, I expected a full bath tub clean. I have also attached a picture of the shower of the other washroom. I would understand if these upper tiles were skipped if it was a regular cleaning, but it was supposed to be a deep clean which included full washroom cleans. The shelves and dressing table in my room were also still dusty. I messaged all of this to Dawn’s Cleaning on May and asked what can be done to compensate me for this poor job, and to this day I have not heard back from them, so I have no choice but to post this review. I tried calling multiple times but they did not pick up. Would not recommend Dawn’s Cleaning. Less

Extremely happy with Dawn’s Cleaning service! I run an Airbnb property and I am very meticulous of how the house is cleaned. We’re home during the day and just want advanced communications if the time changes. Left the house and got a message at 12:45 that they were on their way.
