I'll admit I was a bit leary as I pulled up, I'm glad I reserved my judgements based on visual first impressions. It's an oil change joint for God's sake! Adam, the manager was extremely personable and made me feel like he truly cared about his quality of service. He actually found a few issues of importance like a loose battery cable and a cut emergency brake line. During the service I overheard him explaining to his crew members how to do things properly like lubing the grease fittings and also checking the spare tire pressure. All that and Adam also clued me in on the current $20 off coupon on their Facebook page. Excellent service with a personal, caring touch at an incredible price. I will come here always. I can’t tell you enough about the outstanding service and professional and courteous staff at the WESTLAKE Costa Oil service station. Adam and his partner treated us like family from the second my brother and I pulled our trucks into the station. It wasn’t your typical oil change, they gave great recommendations about other potential issues our vehicles may have and pointed out things to keep our eyes open for. Most important, Adam has to be the most honest mechanic I’ve ever dealt with in my life. He took the time to look at my son’s vehicle days after and figured out a major emissions issue in no time at all. Had a Groupon and the guys there took great care of me. They went above and beyond to explain everything to me and make sure my tires, antifreeze, and washer fluid. They also said I could come back and have oil topped off anytime between changes which I’ve never heard of anywhere else. Five stars won’t go anywhere else

I went to Costa Oil just for a simple oil change. I got the air in tires topped off, all the fluids and while under my car they noticed my exhaust had a rattle and fixed it for me I highly recommend

Nice guys. Fast and easy. Not unreasonable prices. I’ve been to other drive through oil changes and they try and make you pick more expensive oils. These guys didn’t do anything like that. Will be going back. Conveniently located by work too.
