I was most impressed with the magic they did with getting rid of some scratches on the exterior and also the way they made sure to walk around the car with me and touched up little things before I left. Jerry, the owner, is engaging and took time to teach me a few things about caring for the interior of my car. That was a real bonus! Going back there no doubt!

He also cleaned the filter and sprayed deodorizer in my car…all for NO charge. There was also a customer waiting for his car and he highly recommended their detailing to me. Very much appreciated Jerry’s (and the team’s) willingness to get me in at the last minute (before I had to head out of town). They did an incredible job and talked me through all the options and things I should consider (both before and after). My car hasn’t looked so good in years!!
Likewise, they let me test out the ceramic coat on my windshield to help prevent dings, which, for Subaru Outback owners, is a big deal (I’ve had to replace a LOT of windshields). Look forward to seeing how it goes. Was a seamless and professional customer experience. Will definitely be returning and spreading the good word about Car Lab!!
