Called last week, was told that someone would be out to look today- no show, no call and did not respond to text messages. Called last week, was told that someone would be out to look today- no show, no call and did not respond to text messages. If someone had atleast responded I could have found a company by now that may have actually fixed the problem. How does a business like this stay operating? Update- after saying they are “taking my review seriously” and a week has passed- the company never reached out to apologize, fix the problem or even try after admitting that they never showed up when they were supposed to. This company is a joke and i would avoid doing business with them. If this is how they treat customers before they even show up imagine what happens if they actually come and do work on your property…. Less
